Chief Executive Officer Employment and Remuneration Policy
The CEO Employment and Remuneration Policy outlines the recruitment and appointment process for the CEO, monitoring and annual review of the CEO's performance and remuneration and the provision of independent professional advice as required under the Local Government Act 2020.
Code of Conduct and Protocol
The Local Government Act 2020 (the Act) requires councils to develop and approve a Councillor Code of Conduct within four months after each general election. A council may choose to amend the Councillor Code of Conduct any time during its term.

Governance Rules
In accordance with the Local Government Act 2020, Council is required to have Governance Rules to govern the conduct of Council meetings and meetings of any delegated committee the Council may establish.
