Your story shapes our city
Melbourne is a thriving city thanks to its diverse and ever-evolving community of people, projects and initiatives. Since 2002, the Melbourne Awards has provided a platform to recognise the people who make our city an inclusive, creative and forward-thinking place we can all be proud of.
From the longstanding initiatives that continue to serve and inspire us, to the fresh new ideas that propel us forward; those who make it safe for others to be who they are, who facilitate change, and bring a vision to life — every story helps create Melbourne’s story.
