                    A project four years in the making, Farmer’s Daughters persevered through significant COVID-related delays and challenges to open its doors at the 80 Collins Precinct in January 2021.

                    ​Developed by Executive Chef Alejandro Saravia, Farmer’s Daughters brings the best of the Gippsland region into the heart of Melbourne through an exciting food and dining experience that champions local sourcing and sustainability. 

                    The venue encompasses three levels, with a casual dining deli and retail pantry, restaurant and rooftop cocktail bar, employing more than 50 local staff and bringing to the city an innovative, vibrant hospitality landmark.
