                    • Community/not-for-profit organisations: $7.10 per hour

                    How to book

                    Make a booking online or download the booking request form below.

                    Once we receive your booking request, we will provide you with a booking confirmation email with information on costs, inductions, building access (including after hours), security, cleaning and technical support. An invoice will follow separately. Payment can be made via the online payment portal, we only accept payment by Debit/Credit Card.

                    Our meeting rooms are in high demand. To make bookings as fair as possible, we may not be able to accommodate all requests or guarantee ongoing bookings for groups from year to year.

                    You will be notified of your application's outcome within 10 working days of us receiving it. We advise that you submit your application as far as possible in advance of your desired date/s to avoid disappointment.

                    Once you have applied for a booking you have accepted our terms and conditions.

                    Please use our online booking form ​to submit your request. If submitting a regular or recurring request, please be aware that bookings are limited to 15 hours per month, per hirer, and that certain spaces or times may not be suitable for recurring bookings.​

                    End-of-year opening hours
                    Our bookable spaces will be closed from Saturday 25 December 2021 to Monday 10 January 2022. We wish you a festive holiday season and a happy new year.
